Our 90-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your Wigglewish puzzle. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can request a refund within 90 days of delivery.
How to request a refund
- Email us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without instructions can't be processed.
- Once your return is received and checked, we'll issue your refund.
Conditions
- Requests must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Please return the puzzle with all its parts (pieces, frame, acrylic cover and stand) where possible.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer, including any legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery where applicable.
